Sometimes it is not easy to talk about things that are burdening or trigger intense emotions. We are very used to keeping these things to ourselves and trying to deal with them all on our own. But it is precisely these inner spaces that need to be seen and consciously perceived, without any judgement. That is why it is important to me to continually check in with what you need, so that you feel safe in your relationship with me. To talk about yourself in a trusting and safe environment can be very healing and liberating.

My great clarity and presence allow me to easily identify the underlying mechanisms, belief structures and causes of recurring life experiences. Transforming these step by step into new possibilities requires resources. Gaining new resources for yourself or strengthening your existing resources and connecting with them is therefore an essential part of every coaching session.

With my empathy and calm presence, I accompany you on your journey to (re)discovering yourself. The craniosacral method combines anatomical knowledge with a subtle attunement to the physical and energetic bodies. As a holistic treatment it unfolds its effects on all levels of human existence.

You may lie down on a comfortable couch fully clothed. With gentle touches to your body, I connect with your unique, physically perceptible craniosacral rhythm.  I attune myself to your inner health and your self-healing powers. This connection enables deep relaxation. The cells of your body are allowed to remember their original task in the overall system and their natural state. The powers of your inner health are allowed to unfold. In this gentle way, conditions that are perceived as restrictive and stressful can be integrated and changed.

Sustainable self-regulation can take place. Your sense of well-being can grow.

Laughter yoga... ever heard of it?! Hmm, but what exactly is it? Just laughing? Does it seem a bit strange to you? Do you think it's not really for you? I felt the same way! And now I'm a laughter yoga instructor and can't imagine my life without so much more laughter than ever before. 

So what is laughter yoga?

Laughter yoga is a concept that involves laughing for no reason. It requires neither humour, jokes nor comedy. We don't laugh ‘about’ something, but simply because we can and want to! 

The concept of laughter yoga is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot distinguish between intentional laughter and spontaneous, involuntary laughter. The physiological and psychological benefits are the same. This means that the body releases happiness hormones, your mood lifts, and you feel more energetic and refreshed, even if your mind still has doubts. :-)



Children laugh up to 400 times a day! Adults only 15 times! Let's change that!

Some people may want to familiarise themselves with the method in an individual context first. That is also possible, of course. In that case, I will tailor the session entirely to your individual wishes and needs.


A one-to-one session can combine laughter yoga as the resource of inner joy and ‘simply being able to laugh’ with other methods. This interaction is more than the sum of the methods and can act as a catalyst for your personal development.
